There's a credit commercial on TV where a woman is looking at shoes at a store and the credit card company has text on the screen that says: Get Cash Back. and then as the woman looks at these kind of crazy green ankle strap shoes, it says: Get Whistles Back.
My husband: Why would she get whistles.
Me: ... I've gotten comments on my shoes before from men.
(although, I was trying to think how long back that was)
Husband: Did they ask if they served an orthopedic purpose?
Me: [Silence]
Husband: Oh my god, it was a funny joke.
I'm still not sure that it's funny...I'm still also not sure how long ago I wore nice heels.
