One of my friends requested that I make banana bread with chocolate chips. I was really skeptical because I don't like chocolate that much and I Really don't like chocolate in my breakfast foods like muffins or pancakes or anything like that. I made it the same way as the last time I made Banana Bread seen in this post, and I just poured in about a 1.25 cups of chocolate chips into the batter. It was delicious, very moist and sweet and indulgent. I'm not sure that I've ever eaten so much banana bread before!Because my friend is so tiny, I made her a petite sized loaf and baked it for 40 minutes as opposed to the 55 that the regular sized loaf baked for. I think it's just the cutest little thing! I wonder how long my adventures in baking phase will last...
